Keith A. Haskins is a non-equity partner who primarily handles complex civil litigation involving the defense of developers, general contractors and subcontractors in a wide variety of trades in construction defect lawsuits. He also represents general contractors on drafting and negotiating construction contracts as well as in the pre-litigation resolution of construction disputes. He has also practiced extensively in general civil litigation defense including premises liability, products liability and employment practices liability. Keith earned a BA and MBA from CSUF before earning a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1992. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1992, and he was admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 2007.
