Bill is a licensed attorney in California and Tennessee and has taken more than 25 construction related cases to trial. Additionally, Bill has handled over 1,000 mediations/arbitrations. He represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, civil engineers and public entities. He has served as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases, mediator and lecturer in areas of product liability, construction litigation, landslide, flooding and earth movement litigation. In 1977, Bill graduated from Claremont Men’s College with a double major in History and Philosophy. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1981, and studied international law at Magdalen College, Oxford University, 1980.
