William J. Penisten (Of Counsel) is a litigation attorney who handles general liability and construction defect matters.  Bill was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009.  He graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Journalism, History with Honors and Distinction.  Bill then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law.
