Scottland T. Morrow graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Philosophy, and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2022. He has experience in handling both general liability and multi-party construction defect matters.
